  • Other cities and remote areas: 5–7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

  • Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location and order size.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery may be available in selected areas of Pakistan.

  • Customers are required to pay the total order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS or WhatsApp, where available.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
